REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

All purchases made at justsnobby.com are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

By completing a purchase on justsnobby.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@justsnobby.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

SNOBBY reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate based on the nature of the issue. Return shipping costs in these cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS

Pre-orders cancelled by the customer are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If SNOBBY cancels a pre-order for any reason, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

SNOBBY reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.

CHARGEBACKS

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@justsnobby.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly.
