PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping (USA): $5.00 flat rate — 5 to 7 business days
Express Shipping (USA): $12.00 — 2 to 3 business days

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping availability is subject to change without notice.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Some products offered on justsnobby.com may be available for pre-order prior to their official release date.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are approximate and subject to change at the sole discretion of SNOBBY.
  • SNOBBY reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel any pre-order at any time due to production, supply chain, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Pricing for pre-order items reflects the price at the time of purchase. SNOBBY reserves the right to adjust pricing on future orders or re-releases of the same product.
  • In the event a pre-order is cancelled by SNOBBY, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
  • Pre-order customers will be notified via email of any significant changes to their order status or estimated shipping date.

SNOBBY reserves the right to modify prices, apply or remove discounts, and adjust promotional offers at its sole discretion. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid in full.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

SNOBBY is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers. Once your package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. In the event of a lost package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

FORCE MAJEURE

SNOBBY shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, or carrier failures.
